In 1833 a creek settlement of about 800 people lived on the pearl trade. Today 5.8 million people call Dubai home, and the city plans for 7.8 million by 2040. Pearlshire takes its name from that first chapter.

Tony Ashai drew Bond Enclave as a stack of soft white waves: nine levels of suites around a landscaped court, terraces that follow the curve and a roof made for evenings.
Pearlshire comes from hotels, with more than 5,500 keys under management in the United States. Here that means a 30 ft lobby, raw travertine, spa-grade bathrooms and hotel-level care long after handover.
An infinity pool under the rooftop arch, a lazy pool through the gardens, a floating deck, an outdoor cinema, a cigar lounge and mini golf, among eighteen amenities.
One, two and three bedrooms from about 640 to 2,630 sq ft. The three-bedroom suites are townhouse style, each with a private pool.
